Prior to booking, please read the notes below:

1. When booking an appointment, please ensure that you select the correct therapist. All of our therapists provide in person and telepsychology services (video and/or phone appointments) to all Albertans. Services are available in North Calgary at Eckert Psychology & Education Centre and in South Calgary at Still Waters Psychology.

2. We label clearly sessions for NEW clients to make booking easier. If this is your first visit, pick appointments labelled New Client.

3. New Clients: booking counselling, choose New Client: Child, Teen, Adult, Faith Based Adult, Couples or Family Counselling. If you have questions that need answers before you are ready to book, choose a session under Free Consultation for Counselling.

4. New Clients: booking an assessment, choose either the New Client: Child/Teen Assessment (In-Person or Online) or the New Client: Adult Assessment (In-Person or Online). If you have questions that need answers before you are ready to book, choose a session under Free Consultation for Assessments.

5. If you are a new client and unsure who may be a good fit for you, we would be more than happy to support you! Please contact us at info@eckert-psychology.com, (403) 230-2959 or complete the website form at www.eckertcentre.com and our receptionist will help your right away.

6. Existing Clients: Go to Existing Client - Counselling under your therapist to book your individual session or family/couple/parents group session.
